Returns

Return Policy:

We accept returns for unopened boxes.  If the product has not been used and can be returned in its original packaging, the return is subject to a 10% restocking fee as well as for the cost of return shipping.

Returns of a used product are done on a case by case basis. 

If you would like to return your trolley, please email info@walkertrolleys.com and we can begin that process.

Your refund will be issued after we receive the product and confirm it is in new condition.  Usually takes 5-10 days.
